• Appeals - An appeal will be made at the end of each meeting or series using raising of hands, decision cards or altar calls.  Participants are encouraged to make a decision for Christ, baptism or rebaptism, and to finish the work.

• Equipment - We bring most of our own equipment, however we will need to use your screen (or a wall) during the presentations, as we do not have one currently.

• Quizzes - The use of short quizzes helps to retain what is learned, and also helps provide feedback.

• Special Music - Depending on availability we can sometimes also provide special music during the presentations.

• References - Handouts with full references can also be provided with the topics that are shared.  (We will need an approximate number that will attend the presentation to bring enough.)

• Travel & Expenses - We enjoy traveling and presenting the wonderful truths from the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy.  When traveling we will need fuel and basic accommodations.  Any assistance in this area is greatly appreciated as we are a faith based ministry.  (We are happy to stay with church members if available.)  A love offering can also be taken up for the means of covering expenses.

• Scheduling Dates - At least one presentation per day needs to be scheduled for multi-day speaking engagements.  This allows maximum use of our time for ministry.
