Randy is an author, speaker, and the founder of IF MY PEOPLE PRAY MINISTRIES, through which he conducts prayer and revival seminars across North America and internationally. Randy’s six books include If My People Pray, Bring Back the Glory, On Eagles’ Wings, and Let Not Your Heart be Troubled. Other DVD series include No Fear! and various Community Conversations subjects. Randy and his wife, Suzette, have three children and one son-in-law. They’ve lived in Nampa, Idaho since leaving Southern California in 1987.

Dear Friends,

Tomorrow (Friday) is the last day that we have a $5,000 trade-in value toward this new video system. We sincerely need your help to take advantage of this opportunity. So far we have raised $1,860 toward the minimum goal of $10,000. Our current system is no longer supported and if it were to fail would be quite a setback to this ministry. From time to time God has opened incredible opportunities for Sealing Time Ministries. From our first standard definition broadcast quality equipment to multiple cameras and even a home/office with property, God has continued to open the way to larger and larger gospel responsibilities. When we consider that just three and a half years ago we were just starting out with a little handy-cam donated by a missionary, and then that this year one of our main productions would go on to Better Life Television to be broadcast on television and cable all up and down the west coast, we have truly seen God’s hands at work.

Today one of these incredible opportunities has been placed before us. The manufacturer of our current (standard definition) video system is willing to give us a trade in of our current equipment of $5,000 off the purchase of their newest (high definition) system! This special trade in offer is only being made available to us until December 31st, 2011, and is a one time offer. (They have already graciously extended their deadline for us due to a mix up about the upgrade end dates.) We need to take advantage of this amazing offer before this offer expires as it will not be offered again. If we cannot raise the necessary funds in time it will take us even longer to upgrade our equipment because the effective cost of this upgrade will go up by $5,000. The normal cost of this machine with its control surface is $20,000. Why we need to upgrade.

Please remember that this upgrade does not just benefit us. We have produced many, many materials for several conferences, the NADEI (Evangelism Institute of the NAD), NRLA (Religious Liberties), churches, schools, pastors, evangelists, and even other Adventist supporting ministries. We firmly believe that the quality of the materials that we produce should reflect our mission, and that mission is to deliver messages that represent the King of the Kings. In addition our programs are watched by many people all over the world in many countries including the Middle East.

With the advances of high definition televisions and computers in just the last couple years our current equipment has reached the end of its useful life, and we need your help to upgrade to better represent our Adventist message to a very media savvy world. Surviving Troubled Times

Are you prepared to survive in troubled times when the whole world falls apart, or when you yourself go through a personal crisis? In this presentation Tim Roosenberg examines the research on survival and shows you the characteristics of survivors. Tim discovered that the characteristics of survivors tend to parallel principles in the Bible that were given to guide us through life. You will find lots of practical practical information, and stories that illustrate the principles of surviving in troubled times. Tim will share both his own stories of rescue and survival and the stories of others. This presentation will give you tools for both spiritual and physical survival. Tim is a survivor, not a survivalist. He does believe that being mentally and spiritually prepared for trouble will not only increase the length of your life but more importantly the quality of your life. This presentation will bring laughter, tears and the settled conviction that God will bring us through, and that God will work it all out for good.

Sealing Time Ministries Newsletter - 2011 & 2010 Year End Report

Dear Friends,

We have been so incredibly busy producing and sharing the gospel for the past two years that we have not had the time to even write a regular mailing newsletter! The Bible tells us that from time to time we need to “recount the righteous acts of the Lord” (Judges 5:11). So we are going to take the time to do just that in the many exciting and miraculous things He has done through this ministry and our supporters. We want to say thank you to all those who have prayed for us and contributed financially to something greater than we could ever accomplish as individuals. Please bear with us as we play catch up for our missed year end report from last year!

“Recounting the Righteous Acts of the Lord”

January 2010: On the Sabbaths from January 9 through February 20 we worked with Pastor Randy Maxwell and the Kuna SDA church to produce the “2010 Community Conversations Live” program. This series included topics such as “Is God an Underachiever?”, “Lord, Save Us from Your Followers”, and “2012: Know the Truth”.

March 2010: From the 5^th-14^th we assisted Pastor/Evangelist Tim Roosenberg in producing his 10-part program entitled “Islam & Christianity, What’s Next?” in Eagle, Idaho. This series has been re-adapted and re-recorded as seen further in this newsletter.

April 2010: On the 2^nd-3^rd we worked with Gem State Academy (GSAA) to produce and live stream the 2010 Alumni weekend for those who could not attend in person. This year’s keynote speaker was Lyle Albrecht from the class of 1960. This weekend was well attended both in person and through our live internet stream. On the 23rd-24^th we were privileged to work with Dr. Clarence Ing from Weimar Institute and the Middleton SDA Church to produce the “Lifestyle and Health Seminar” series. On the 29^th with God’s guidance and your help, we purchased our new home/office facility with 2 acres. We found, fundraised, and purchased (down payment) the property (including closing) within 1 week! God very much had His hand in this, as closing rarely happens this fast. And we express our most sincere thanks to everyone who had the faith to give to make this possible! Three-phase power also runs right across the front of the property so any future power needs at our location for studios, lighting, sound, etc. are available. Ellen White says the cities are to be worked from “outposts” and we have lovingly nick-named this place the “Idaho Outpost”. It is situated on a low ridge overlooking most of the Boise valley and has views of three mountain ranges. From our office windows we are constantly reminded of our mission to the cities in the valleys of the whole earth. God is very good!

June 2010: June 8-12 we worked with the Idaho Conference to help produce the video and live web stream for Idaho Camp Meeting. The theme for this year was "Proclaiming God's Grace". At the same time that camp meeting was going on they also had Messiah’s Mansion (a full-size replica of the ancient Israelite sanctuary) set up and were giving tours. We went through one of the tours with Don Mackintosh (Director of Amazing Facts Center of Evangelism) and created a “virtual” tour with 3 cameras in high definition.

July 2010: July 22-31 we worked with the Northern California Conference and Redwood Area Camp to produce video of most meetings during Redwood Area Camp Meeting. The theme for this year was "Proclaiming God's Grace". This is the first time that major video production had been done there (everything is outdoors) and we were even able to get an experimental web stream going that had viewers as far away as Austria and New Zealand! What an exciting opportunity for the camp meeting in the redwoods!

September 24 & 25, 2010 we worked with Dr. Russell Burrill and the Idaho Conference to produce the “Creating a Disciple-Making Church” series. Dr. Burrill shared what he has learned about how our churches can more effectively spread the gospel throughout each territory, and how lay leaders can help facilitate the work of evangelism.

October 2010: On the 2^nd and the 16^th we presented our “Ready or Not, Here I Come” series about the close of probation, the seven last plagues and the second coming of Christ at Teton Valley SDA Church in Eastern Idaho. This series was presented by Ryan McCoy, Speaker/Director for Sealing Time Ministries (me) and consists of 4 meetings and spans ~8 hours of in-depth material from the Bible and Ellen White.

On the 6^th we assisted Pastor Randy Maxwell and the Kuna SDA Church to produce the 2010 Community Conversations Online program titled “Homosexuality, Holiness and Hope”. The guest presenter was Wayne Blakely of “Know His Love”. Wayne shared both a presentation and his personal testimony.

On the 22^nd through the 30^th we were at Alpine Meadows, CA. sharing our new in-depth program about the latter rain for the first time to another group of friends.

On November 3, 2010 we assisted Randy Maxwell and Kuna SDA Church to produce the 2010 Community Conversations Online program titled “Islam, Christianity, and the Apocalypse” The guest presenter was Pastor/Evangelist Tim Roosenberg of “Islam and Christianity”.

December 2010: On the 15^th we again assisted Randy Maxwell and Kuna SDA Church to produce the 2010 Community Conversations Online program titled “Abortion, Secrets, and Grace”. The guest presenter was Kay Painter of “Remembering Sara”.
Later this same month on the 26^th-30^th we began filming for a new kids production written by Cheryl Wiley titled “Sammy's Search for the Gospel Truth”. Post production for this series is still in progress. This program focuses on the theme of the Great Controversy and Righteousness by Faith. It is presented by kids, for kids. We hope that as this project comes to completion that it will make a difference in many of our kids’ lives.

January 2011: January was an incredibly busy month for us. And at times we were doing two live productions a day from two different locations with a complete setup and tear down between each! On the 8^th we assisted Pastor/Evangelist Tim Roosenberg in producing the “Islam vs. Christianity, Daniel 11 Seminar” series. This series consists of three meetings and assumes some basic knowledge of Bible prophecy and 1844.
On the Sabbaths from January 22^nd through March 5^th we were in Kuna again working with Pastor Randy to produce a new 8 meeting program titled “Experience Jesus”. This program was a life changing event for many people and it concluded with a special appearance by Bruce Marchiano, the actor who portrayed Jesus in the gospel film “The Gospel According to Matthew”. Bruce gave His testimony to a completely packed church.

February 2011: On the 18th-26^th we again assisted Pastor/Evangelist Tim Roosenberg to produce an updated version of the full 10 part program titled “Islam and Christianity in Bible Prophecy”. This program has gone on to develop into a book now being produced by the Review and Herald. Many DVD sets of this program have been sold and some of the larger Adventist Book Centers are beginning to carry this program. This series was also aired by Better Life Television beginning in May with a broadcast that covered both television and cable networks throughout the Northwest.

March 5, 2011 we assisted GSAA Alumni to produce the Alumni weekend program and make it available via the internet for those who could not attend in person.

On Sabbath afternoons through April and the first part of May, 2011 we produced one of our own new programs titled “100% Chance of Rain, the Truth About the Latter Rain”. This series was presented by Ryan McCoy, Speaker/Director for Sealing Time Ministries (me) and consists of 5 meetings and spans ~9.5 hours of in-depth material from the Bible and Ellen White on the subject of the latter rain. This has also been an incredibly popular program that continues to develop. The subject of the latter rain is a very hot topic right now.

June 14^th-18^th, 2011: We worked with the Idaho Conference to help produce the video and live web stream for the 2011 Idaho Camp Meeting. The theme for this year was "Disciples In Action". There were 6 presenters and 31 meetings we helped produce at this event.

July 2011: On the 9^th we worked with Pastor/Evangelist Tim Roosenberg to produce a new program titled “Surviving Troubled Times”. This program focuses on how we can survive troubled times by trusting in Jesus.
On July 21^st through 30^th we were in Northern California again to do the video production for Redwood Area Camp Meeting. The title for camp meeting this year was “Into All the World”.
We produced materials there for 17 speakers that spanned 98 meetings! Most main meetings were streamed live for those who couldn’t make it. We also brought our studio lighting that really helped make a difference for our video quality in the late evenings.

August 2011: On the 13^th and 14^th of August we worked with Melody Prettyman from 3ABN and Middleton Adventist Church to produce a two part program titled “Natural Remedies and Healthy Cooking Seminar”. (Official media release is coming soon.) The next couple weekends (20^th and 27^th) we were in Teton Valley again sharing our new “100% Chance of Rain, the Truth About the Latter Rain” program. We have to mention that the group in Teton Valley really loves studying in depth!

October 2011: During the 13^th through 22^nd we went to Pataha, Washington and again shared our new “100% Chance of Rain” program with a small group there that also loves to study final events.
With all the talk about the rapture and end of the world theories being shared by Harold Camping leading up to the 21^st we began working with Pastor Randy Maxwell to produce a single sharing edition DVD program from one of his previous programs titled “2012: Know the Truth". The program focused primarily on outreach in the local community of Kuna. A postcard offer for a free DVD was sent to 6,714 homes in Kuna, and last we heard there were still requests for the free DVD coming in.

November 3^rd through 6^th, 2011 we were invited to come out to Steven’s Point, Wisconsin to present our new program titled “100% Chance of Rain, the Truth About the Latter Rain”. Members from three churches came together and studied this incredible subject in-depth. If you or your church is interested in having us come and present on the latter rain or second coming subjects feel free to contact us. We only have basic needs and pending scheduling we are usually available and willing to come.
On the 11^th we launched our new dedicated server and with it Adventist website hosting, LIVE streaming and (linked) video archiving services. So again the blessings that God has given us have been shared with others to further the reach of their ministries! The launch of our new dedicated server is also allowing us to roll out new features to our website like the ability to seek to any point within a video without waiting for it to download for long periods of time. Many, many more features will be coming as we have time to add them.

As you can see, we are more than busy, and there are times that we are a bit overwhelmed. If you appreciate what this family ministry is doing and would like to be a part of it, please consider volunteering some time. Most of the work is localized to our office, but we could use help in many aspects. Jesus said that “the harvest is plenty, but the workers are few” and this definitely feels like a reality sometimes. We do have some basic RV hookups if you are financially stable and might consider staying for a while.

We could not have done it without your generosity and spirit of teamwork. I can't tell you how many times a donation has come in the mail or online and it arrived at the perfect time to make a much needed upgrade or to get a piece of new equipment that allowed us to improved our quality while reaching many more souls for Christ. We also want to thank our monthly supporters. Monthly support is very important as it allows us to count on making sure the bills are paid and things happen on time. Randy and his wife, Suzette, have three children and one son-in-law. They’ve lived in Nampa, Idaho since leaving Southern California in 1987.

Disciples in Action

This year our camp meeting will focus on Disciples in Action. Discipleship is more than the latest buzzword. It is more than a camp meeting theme. It is a direct command from Jesus Himself, who admonishes us to go make disciples. His directive includes the Idaho Conference, it includes you and me. Disciple-making is starting to blossom in many of our churches. With enthusiastic support from our pastors, churches are becoming more efficient and effective in winning people to Jesus. People are getting involved! The focus is on taking the Three Angels’ messages to the world. Many of our speakers will be highlighting Disciples in Action. You won’t want to miss these presentations. Camp Meeting is a special time for spiritual renewal, making and renewing friendships, and challenging ourselves to do the work of discipleship while there is still time.

This year, Redwood Camp Meeting celebrates 60 years of bringing joy and blessings to the many campers who have attended throughout the past six decades. The yearly event continues to be a favorite for those young and old as campers gather under the giant redwood groves of Northern California to worship together.
