     Just a reminder to our local friends (and any others that might not have a camp meeting this year,) that Idaho Camp Meeting begins tonight.

Dear Church Family,
     The enemy of our souls attacks essential basic beliefs to bring about mass confusion and discouragement. In fact, I believe that as you look around, wherever you see battles indicates what Satan considers essential to our soul�s well-being.

     Two of the cardinal beliefs in Adventism are creation and the sanctuary message. The first is foundational to salvation as conversion is the process of becoming a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). (If He didn�t create us in the first place, how is He going to do it the second time?) The next is the Sabbath where we �cease from our works as God did from His� Hebrews 4:4.

     In the sanctuary is a complete system of truth. The gospel in a sandbox, as George Vandeman used to put it. The interlocked concepts of law and grace, belief (justification) and practice (sanctification), love and justice, probation and extinction are all wonderfully balanced is one of the greatest illustrations on how God works ever given to humans.

     Pastor Stan Hudson will be featuring issues in creation and Pastor Don Mackintosh will feature aspects of sanctuary salvation in his nightly presentations. Other guests include Pastor Ron Watts, former president of the Southern Asia Division and Pastor David Klinedinst, personal ministries director for Christian Record Services. Both will present how to grow spiritually by engaging more fully in outreach. Health features include Dr. Milton Teske and Kimberly Miljatovic. There will also be women�s ministry and disaster preparation classes and the Heritage Singers will be here on the weekend.

     We are planning to invite thousands of people to Gem State Academy�s campus to see Messiah�s Mansion, a life-size replica of the Wilderness Tabernacle, to share with our friends and neighbors important truths for our time.
