Threat Advisory Ratings
Threats are rated by the following guidelines.
These guidelines are just that, general guidelines, and can be updated at any
time. Threats may, or may not meet all of the listed criteria to receive a
specified threat level. The final decision on the threat level is
prayerfully decided on by an international panel of Seventh-day Adventist
advisors.
